Imagine stepping into a role where you lead the charge in improving the cybersecurity resilience of manufacturing and production sites, business-managed IT systems, and cutting-edge products and solutions. As an Industrial Cybersecurity Officer (ICSO) for Siemens Energy’s SE GS division, you’ll develop and implement strategies to continuously improve cybersecurity maturity across diverse environments. You’ll collaborate with global teams, guide cybersecurity experts, and build a robust industrial cybersecurity community—all while ensuring compliance with market regulations and certifications. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for SE GS manufacturing sites, production environments, portfolio offerings, and business-managed IT systems.
- Implement the cybersecurity strategy to enhance maturity levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Measure cybersecurity maturity using defined KPIs and identify areas for improvement across products, solutions, services, and networks.
- Lead the identification and implementation of cybersecurity resources, including certifications and regulatory compliance.
- Build and coordinate a global industrial cybersecurity community, guiding experts and ambassadors while collaborating with teams in the US and Europe.
What You Bring
- An educational background in information technology, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with manufacturing environment and project execution processes.
- Hands-on experience with operational technology systems and standards like IEC 62443 and ISO 27001.
- Expertise in performing threat and risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and implementing cybersecurity controls.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as SANS GICSP, ISO 27001, or IEC 62443 are a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
